This page talk about Dnc Hud.

To install the hud simply copie ui.pk3 in fs_homepath/base (~/.tremulous/base for Linux).

To play on pure server, it seems you *need* to extract ui.pk3

You can chose language (En or Fr), but you may need to restart trem.
